About This Cheesecake
A classic biscuit base, crushed fine and pressed solid - because foundations matter.
The filling is a rich, vanilla-set cheesecake, smooth and balanced - and despite everything that follows, impossibly light - folded through with ripe caramelised bananas and layered with deep, buttery toffee. Not the pale, sugary kind. The proper stuff. Slow, sweet and almost dangerous.
Then the crown: generous whipped cream piped thick on top, caramelised banana slices - deeply golden, almost mahogany at the edges - standing proud like sentries, and a bold drizzle of toffee running over everything in thick, glossy ribbons that pool on the plate below.
This isn't "banana essence." It's fruit properly transformed by heat into something richer than it started.
