Started in Edinburgh by Graeme, Gee's Cakes began with a simple idea: cheesecakes should taste like actual ingredients, not flavour approximations. Real fruit. Proper chocolate. Biscuit bases you can taste. Fillings that don't need a chemistry degree to pronounce.
We make proper cheesecakes. The kind you remember.
No shortcuts. No "close enough." Just the kind of baking that comes from someone who genuinely cares whether it's good or not.
Every cheesecake is made by hand, baked to order, and delivered fresh. We don't batch-produce days in advance. We don't freeze and thaw. When you order, we make it. When it arrives, it's still in that perfect window where everything tastes the way it should.
We've built a small roster of classics - the ones people actually want - and we rotate seasonal specials when something's worth making. If a flavour makes it onto the menu, it's because it works. Not because it photographs well or follows a trend.
This is what we do. We do it properly.
