Gee's Strawberry Millionarie

A luxurious twist on the classic Millionaire’s Shortbread, combining buttery Scottish shortbread with a rich white chocolate caramel, a bright layer of strawberry and a generous scattering of intensely fruity freeze-dried strawberries.

The base is a proper crumbly, buttery shortbread - rich enough to stand up to everything above it without becoming overly sweet. Sitting on top is a soft, creamy white chocolate caramel: indulgent, fudgy and deeply milky, with just enough caramelised richness and salt to keep it balanced.

Then comes the strawberry. A concentrated layer of strawberry cuts through the richness with a sharp, fruity note, before the whole thing is finished with a generous layer of creamy white chocolate and plenty of crushed and whole freeze-dried strawberries. The freeze-dried fruit brings an incredible burst of real strawberry flavour, along with a delicate crunch and a beautiful natural red colour.
