About Gee's Belgian Chocolate Tart
A proper chocolate tart, made from the ground up. Our crisp chocolate pâte sucrée is filled with a rich 65% Belgian dark chocolate ganache, made with equal parts chocolate and cream for an intensely smooth, velvety texture.
The filling is gently baked low and slow with eggs, butter and sugar, allowing the chocolate to develop its depth while keeping the centre beautifully tender. Once baked, the tart is rested overnight in the fridge to fully set, giving it that wonderfully dense yet silky texture.
