Triple Threat Cheesecake

This is chocolate without compromise. It starts with a malted chocolate base - crumbled, pressed, and packed with depth - before giving way to an intensely rich Belgian chocolate filling that's smooth, velvety, and unapologetically indulgent. What makes it remarkable is that for all its intensity, the cheesecake itself is impossibly light - a texture that shouldn't coexist with this much flavour, and yet.
