Crowned with fresh Scottish strawberries at their peak, finished with a glossy strawberry glaze and a generous swirl of fresh cream. Each layer works in harmony - the crumbly shortbread foundation, the delicate white chocolate centre, the bright acidity of the berries cutting through the richness.
